• Music

  Our music will be fun and upbeat.

  If you’d like to request a specific genre at your event, simply let our team know when they arrive! We have fun mixes of pop, rock, and party songs from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, and today.

• What if I have more guests than my original package?

  If you have a few extra guests beyond your package limit, don’t sweat it! We don’t want you to feeling nickeled & dimed. A few extra guests is no problem at all.  If it’s more than 5 extra guests, you will be charged an extra amount for each item served, or you may consider upgrading to a longer timeframe to enjoy extra happiness. We will always do our best to serve extra guests, but we will need to leave at the agreed scheduled end time in order to accommodate later scheduled events.

• Event Guest Count

  Our events are based on the package details of the event booked which includes the time our truck is out of service for your event.

  • If you have more people than what is included in your event package, you will have the option to add additional guests when using the online booking form or our team always keeps count and can bill any additional costs at the conclusion of the event.
  • If you have less people than what is included in your event package, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the package time block (30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.).
  • If you would like us to donate extra ice creams we work with multiple organizations and can do so or we would be happy to leave you a take home pack.

• Bad Weather

  As you are aware we don’t have much bad weather in Southern California!  1905 operates year-round in all weather.  In the event that you would like to cancel or reschedule an event due to the weather, that’s not a problem!  We can apply the deposit to a new date.

• Event Confirmation

  Great news! No need to worry! If you booked an event on our website, you’re confirmed! We will be there on time and ready to party/serve. Our friendly team will provide exceptional customer service! We’ll be playing some fun, upbeat music, and our team will do an intro when they arrive and they can answer any questions you may have.

• Where will the truck park?

  Please make sure there is enough room on the street/curb in front of your house or venue to park our truck. Our truck is approximately 24′ long and 8′ wide. We need a minimum of 2 car lengths to park safely.

• Cancel or Reschedule Event

  Our cancellation policy:

  Once you book an event, you can cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the event start date/time to receive a full refund of your deposit.

  If you need to cancel an event within 48 hours of the event start date/time, we will be happy to apply your deposit to another date.
