Important tip
To avoid disappointments, we suggest keeping Santa's visit a surprise for the kids. Should there be a cancellation due to a sick Santa or other unforseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule but we are unable to guarantee it. If we are unable to you will be issued a full refund.
What’s Included?
Each Santa event includes a Santa meet ‘n greet at the truck at a single location, a special holiday menu for the number of guests included in your event package*. Limited edition holiday rich and creamy hot chocolate, custom holiday music on our sound speaker system, a holiday decorated truck, and as many photos as you can take! *NOTE: This is a special menu exclusive for Santa events.
What about a photographer to take photos?
We do not have photographers. However, you can take as many photos as you’d like within your event time. We are happy to take a few group shots for you! Also, remember if you book an event in the evening (after dark) the photos might not look so great without proper lighting. However, Santa is always pretty jolly and will be happy to take photos in a tent, or garage.
Why isn’t my town in the list?
Santa has a busy schedule this time of year so we have to limit the socials to only the towns listed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the costs involved in hiring real-beard Santas for these events, payment must be made in full at the time of booking and no refunds will be given for cancellation after December 1, 2024.
